John, She was born as Orpha B. Taylor. But I do not dismiss the possibility that she could have been married before she married Charles Turner....In fact, everything is sort of leading to that. So far no marriage record of Orpha B. Taylor to Charles Turner can be found...this tells me that she may have been married before and married again using her first married name instead of her maiden name of Taylor.
