I'm looking for any information on the Reverend Orlando A. KELLEY, born in Roane Co., WVA, November 7, 1875. His father's name is reported to be Blackburn Kelley. Orlando's first wife was Kista Metta COOPER, a doctor's daughter, no birthdate known. They had three children: Grace, Frances, and Haven.
