    1. [WVA] Hatfields & McCoys
    2. Hi Here's a great site for pictures and a brief synopsis of the Hatfield & McCoy families done by Life magazine some years ago. http://userwww.service.emory.edu/~dmcco01/McCoy/LIFE/ I was at the Hatfield Cemetery (there's a nice picture at above site) in May of this year. Have a baby brother buried caty-cornered from Wm. Anderson "Devil Anse" Hatfield's statue and a g-grandmother not far from the baby. But they are Sargents & Clicks, not Hatfields. More than just Hatfields have family buried at the cemetery, but it was (and probably still is) on Hatfield land. Anyone visiting better wear good hiking boots and plan on a very brisk, tough climb up that hill. You cannot drive .... we had a four-wheel jeep and didn't want to risk getting up that path with it. Although the way up there is right off a busy highway, once you are at the site it feels very isolated. Gloria [email protected]
