Could your Joseph Smith be related to Matilda Smith and son Leander Smith. Leander Smith married someone with the last name of Bartley prior to 1895. I am trying to find information on this Smith family. They lived in Cabell County, West Virginia and possibly in Ohio. Thanks, Joan
