Hi Neva No, this is one I put together for myself alone through the films at the lds library... they had a wonderful index and it cost about 50 bucks to make all the copies but it was worth it. There is no copyright restriction, I would be glad to make you a copy for the cost of copying.... but this is only an offer open to you as we have had a pretty good working relationship in the past and i dont mind doing one ...just dont want an influx. however, once you have yours, distribute to whomever.
