Hugh, Recently two of my cousins whose mother was a Smith donated a lot of information on disks to the Hacker's Creek Pioneer Descendants Library in Lewis Co. WV. I'm not sure what they are going to do with the data, just have it in the library or put on their web site. You may want to check it out. Are you close?
