My grandmother's maiden name was Welch or Welsh. She was Daisy Welch - married David Milton Albright. She was born in Fallen Timber, lived for awhile in Smithfield. They raised their family in Clarksburg. Have been trying to trace her roots. She died in the 1960s. Maybe there is a connection. She had some sisters - Lorna, Marie, Ordah, Helen. Thanks - Jene
