Can anyone help me locate this family in Putnam Co. My grandfather Oat or Ote Paul was born July 15, 1882-1884 in Putnam Co., Wv. He married Susan Bowen About 1902. His parents were listed on his death certificate as James and Nettie Paul. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Bob Pate
