I just found out that my gr grandparents were in Warren District, Upshur County in 1880. I am trying to find out about my grandfather's birth. Oakey Virgil DOUGLASS b. November 27, 1881, but not sure where. Does anyone have birth records for Upshur Co. or an 1890 Upshur Co census to see if they were still in Upshur. Thanks so much for any help, Jennifer
