Hi there I am looking for information on parents or siblings of Captain John Low. Born Aberdeen Scotland 24 Jan 1836. Capt Low spent 4 yeras in the Confederate Navy from 1861-1865. His first wife was Elizabeth Green who bore him 1 son John. After her death he married Catherine Morris on 27 Sept, 1867 in ST Saviours Church, Paddington, Middlesex. They had six childredn born between 1868-1877. They are as follows Henry Morris, William Joseph, Andrew H, Louisa Kate, Herbert A and Marian Elizabeth. William Morris married Juilette Gordon b 31 Oct 1860 in Savanagh. She founded the Girl Scouts in the USA in 1912. Captain Low spent the latter part of his life in Liverpool where he died 6 Sept 1906.
