Susan -- There is an online "1895 U.S. Atlas" project where you can view and download maps of every state and county from that time period. You can find it at: <A HREF="http://www.livgenmi.com/1895.htm">About.com : http://www.LivGenMI.com/1895.htm</A> The index for towns in West Virginia shows a Warren in Lincoln County -- I didn't look at the map, but you can find it by following the links.
