Narcissa Crowder and her children do not show up in the 1870 Census index for Mason County or any other county in WV. Mason County had no Crowder indexed at all. The family could have been accidentally skipped when the census was indexed. I have had success with doing a page by page search when I knew a family lived in a specific area but did not show up in an index search. Good Luck, Karen
