Hi there I checked the WV census in Ancestry.com and there were no WAUGHS listed for Wayne County. There were a few for Cabell County which is next to Wayne. I am doing searches in the vicinity of Lewis/Braxton/Upshur counties and I know that there are WAUGHS there as a man by the name of WAUGH married my husbands Aunt.
