If someone has access to the 1900 census for McDowell Co. Could you please look for Hubert Oscar McDowell. He was born in 1880 possibly in NC. HIs wifes name was Mamie. He may have been married by 1900 but I'm not sure. I would appreciate any help I can get on this family. You just don't know how much it would mean to me to be able to find him.
