Donna, I'm not sure if W. VA was established yet in 1830, but I found 1 BUCKLEY family in Kanawha county, VIRGINIA in 1830. Family member's names are not listed until the 1850 census, so can't be sure if this is the correct family. I think enumeration began on June 1st, so Samuel should be designated in the "male under 5" column, but it's blank.
