Do you have any dates that would narrow this search down? Was she born in this area..I found one born in France and a 21 yo born in WV but living in Ohio. These were in 1920. I did find a child living with parents, in 1930 in Milburn Village, of Kanawha District in Fayette County of WV. Garnet Woodson, head is 25 yo is a coal miner. He and his parents all born in Virginia. Ella, wife age 19, she and parents born in Kentucky.
