I suggest you read the September 2000 issue of Archives and History News, the newsletter of the West Virginia Division of Culture and History, Archives and History section. This issue features cemeteries, particularly information that applies to WV, and includes a synopsis of WV's cemetery access law that was passed around then. Williamson and Chattaroy are in Mingo County. I checked our WV Archives and History Library collection and found no cemetery books for Mingo County. Regarding Falls Branch, that does not appear to be the name of a recognized community in Mingo County, not now and not in the past.
