As for the DNA test, your brother likely tested with Ancestry.com. This means that he was not compared to a much larger database, including many Wrights. So, I would not take the matches as very reliable. The only adivce I can give since I don't have all the details of what reseach you have done is for you to collect all information from Bucks County dealing with Wrights and Vaseys. Then try to put them together in family groups, looking for that Wright-Vasey connection. I agree with your suspicion that a connection existed between Stephen Wright and John Weasey, but it does need to be proven. Best of luck.
