The Wrightstown Historical Society announces the publication of a new book, Village on the Fox: Historical Sketches of Wrightstown and Southern Brown County. Written by historians Ruth Roebke-Berens and John Berens, the book is a handsome hardbound volume of 330 pages with more than 150 photographs. The first section of Village on the Fox presents nine essays on Hoel S. Wright, the founder of Wrightstown, and his family. New information is presented on Wright and his extended family over four generations. The scope includes not only the Wrights in Wisconsin but extends to Vermont, Ohio and Michigan. The price for Village on the Fox is $30.60, which includes sales tax. There is an additional $5.00 charge for shipping mailing.
