Author: caudle170 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.wright/15193/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I am trying to locate the descendants of a Confederate soldier by the name of James Jamison Wright who served in Company D, 16th Missouri Infantry enlisting in Henry Co. Mo.. He was born Jan. 1839 in Missouri and is listed in Henry County, Mo. 1860 and 1900 census with his wife, Laura. According to the Arizona Divison of the Sons of Confederate Veterans he is buried in the Citizens cemetery, in Prescott,Yavapai County, Arizona in an unmarked grave. The SCV are interested in ordering a military stone for him but unable to unless it is ordered from one of his decsendants of James Wright. Any help would be appriciated.
