Our family,later settled in North Carolina. He was a member of the Virginia militia, during the Revolution. His son was Newton Wright, he(Newton) fought in the war of 1812, he was from North Carolina. He had nine sons. He had at least three sons, that fought in the Civil War, William, Berry and Perry(beleived to be twins). Much of my family is still in N Carolina.
