HI, Does anyone know anything about a James WRIGHT in Jackson Co., IL around 1839? He purchased 40 acres of land in Jackson Co., IL and was also named in the Probate papers of David WRIGHT in 1849, James was listed as deceased in these papers also. WHERE IS THIS COUNTY IN REFERENCE TO BELOW --WE HAVE A JAMES WRIGHT IN OUR WRIGHT LINES HE LIVED IN AREA of Illinois just north of Larenceville ,Illinois near a little town called Flat Rock. It is still Flat Rock even after counties were re alined.
