The birth record of John Wright, son of William F. and Sarah Cath. Wright, was dated on Feb 4, 1868, in Roanoke County, VA. The birth record of Warner Francis Wright, son of William F. and Sarah Cath. Wright, was dated on April 4, 1869, in Roanoke County, VA. As set forth previously, the 1870 Census for Roanoke County, VA, listed William Wright and Sarah C. Wright with a sons John M. Wright, age 2, and Warner F. Wright, age 1. As set forth previously, the 1880 Census for Pulaski County, VA, listed Wm. F. Wright and Sarah C. Wright with sons John M. Wright, age 11, and Frank Wright, age 9. The 1900 Census for Grayson County, Texas, listed Sarah C. Wright, born Sep 1844 in VA and a widow, with sons John M. Wright, born Jan 1868 in VA, and Warner F. Wright, born Apr 1869 in VA. This is clearly the family of William F. Wright and indicates his death before June 1900. Two grandsons are also listed and the oldest was born in Feb 1896, indicating the move of this part of the family to Texas before Feb 1896. The 1910 Census for Grayson County, Texas, listed Frank Wright, age 41 and born in VA, with mother Sara C. Wright and brother John M. Wright in the household. The 1920 Census for Grayson County, Texas, listed Frank Wright with brother John Wright, but did not list Sarah C. Wright, indicating that she probably died before 1920. Best wishes, Robert N.
