I'm looking for information on the following individual: REVEREND RICHARD WRIGHT Birth: 15 Jun 1783 in <http://places.ancestry.com/index.aspx?tid=11540201&pid=-266459676&eid=64326 12912> Randolph County, North Carolina Death: Nov 1843 in <http://places.ancestry.com/index.aspx?tid=11540201&pid=-266459676&eid=64326 12911> Greene County, Indiana Son of Benjamin Wright, Sr. [b. abt 1752; d. abt 1842] and Barbara Morgan. Married: <http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/11540201/person/-137627121> ELIZABETH HUGHES 1783 - 1830 According to the 1830 census, they had 11 children. I'm looking for bona fide information on the children's names. I recently received from the Greene County Clerk's Office 3 partial pages of "Petition to sell lands" that appear to be a later part of Reverend Wright's estate - but after the fact of what should have been the original estate/Probate document. Specifically named in these three documents are named 3 daughters - SARAH HOKE, MARTHA WILKS, AND POLLY WRIGHT; and one son, JEREMIAH WRIGHT. Other than these, no other children's names were mentioned in the document. To date, with the exception of JAMES [a renowned preacher], SARAH, MARTHA, POLLY AND JEREMIAH, I've not been able to find anything to indicate other children by birth or name - such as Bible or estate documents. The dates of birth indicated by many researchers do not appear to match up with the years as indicated in the two censuses. I know that censuses can be misleading by at least several years. Year of birth and the dates of the censuses will make for that allowance: I'm willing to accept information that may vary to that extent. Second marriage: Judith Walker on May 22, 1834 in Greene Co., IN. No children from this marriage. Shirley
