Catherine's father,George Huff Reeder (24 September 1767, VA, d. 13 May 1845, Rush CO., IN), was also born in Loudoun Co. VA, son of Joseph Reeder and Ann Huff, native born Virginians. Ann Hull is believed to have been the grandaughter of Benjamin Hough (Hoff or Huff) b. Dec. 18, 1718 and of whom the earliest records in Loudoun Co., VA occur about 1760. Again, I don't know how any of these surnames connect to a VA Wright family, and have never checked it out myself because VA Wrights are not my area of expertise. There are others, like Bob Grant, who are far more conversant with VA genealogy research resources connected to VA Wrights than I ever will be. They could help you with all of these surnames in VA better than I can. What I have experience tracing and being of assistance with concerns only the Wight Brothers' ancestral line itself.
