Author: cassandrajackowski007 Surnames: wright Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.wright/15905.2.1.1.1.1.1.1.3/mb.ashx Message Board Post: all of my wrights were in vrginia. my greatgrandmothers neighbor was the wright brothers mother. she went to college up north, ican't remember whether it was ohio or ill., wher she met the wright bro.'s dad. so,, unfortunately, i really do not know anything about those wright brothers. i have searched high and low for connectons of my wrights and the wright brothers family, but to no avail. the wright brothers father used to write to greatgrandmother all the time, i guess because her name was wright too, he just thought of her as a cousin. the wright brothers father came to virginia once and a while with his wife to visit her home town. anyway, i grew up hearing stories about the wright brothers from my grandmother. i remember seeing the photoes of them when my grand mother would take me to vaginia . so all of my nfo came to me by word of mouth by each generation. sorry i can not be of more help. i and several of my family n virginia have looked for years and! have ben very frustrated in our search to even get our wrights out of virginia! i have tried ancestry.com and one great family. we have given up for now. so i wish you good luck . let me know how your search goes! your "cousin", cass Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
