Hello All I'm passing on a request for information on behalf of Howard Fuller, the photo-archivist at the Vale and Downland Museum Wantage. One of their photographs, shows seven named US Servicemen posed outside the Supply HQ near Wantage (then in Berkshire ) probably in early Summer 1944. The USAF were based then at Grove Airfield approx two miles north of Wantage. Their names written on the back of the print are: Lt Chester Clark, Atty. Donald Rosenfeld, Lt Bill Gaydon, Major Leon Yewell, Lt Ray P. Wright, Capt J B Booth and Lt Walter Oberschowski.
