I just recently learned that my father was part of the Grave Registration team during WWll. He had varicose veins and was released Nov 1944. I received his Civilian Records and that is where I learned about the Grave Registration while WPA. He was stationed for the longest in England. I was also told he probably rode on the "Queen Elizabeth" on his way over to England from America. Where can I get further info about the Grave Registration team?
