    2. Published Thursday, August 10, 2006, Lakeland Ledger, Lakeland, Florida GUILLERMO SANTIAGO, 85 Inventory Control Specialist LAKELAND -- Mr. Guillermo A. Santiago of Lakeland died of congestive heart failure Tuesday (Aug. 8, 2006) at Good Shepherd Hospice. He was 85. Born in San German, Puerto Rico, on April 8, 1921, he came to Lakeland from Westbury, N.Y., in 1992. He was an inventory control specialist for LILCO. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division. He received the Bronze Star. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Mr. Santiago is survived by his wife, Iraida Santiago; daughter, Maria Elena Iannucci, Lakeland; brother, Nestor Santiago, North Carolina; sister, Eva Espinoza, New York City. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lakeland. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Gentry-Morrison Southside Funeral Home.
