Greeting... I also did not have my fathers complete information- but requested both under Freedom of Information.. and DVA... all I need was proof of dad being deceased- which I provided with headstone... Can not remember Canadian Web site,that I was. I had to wait almost a year, but well worth it.. and very exciting to follows dad's military service..I think it also asked about family relation, plus not sure but there is a death time line for information.
