He served in World War 11 and Korea, where he was awarded the Silver Str. Gale was 86 when he died at Serenity Gate on Dec 7, 2005. He had lived in Perry, Ga for 25 years, was a member of Perry United Methodist Church, was a past president of the Howell Cobb Sunday School Class and was n the Perry Beautification Commission." ------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't know why this was this late being in the paper after his death.
