The book was ORIGINALLY a U.S. Govt, public domain product, put out by the Govt Printing Office. What you have is a later reprint by a commercial publisher. So it's not that the USAF is STEALING! BTW there is a companion volume on "Combat Units" OTHER THAN Squadrons. It covers Groups, Wings, Air Divisions and Air Forces.
