Lakeland Ledger July 28, 2006 Mr Roger W. Bryden of Lakeland died of complications from polio Tuesday July 25, 2006 in Lakeland. He was 91 Born in Calgary, Canada on June 4, 1915, he came to Lakeland from Janesville Wisconsin in 1971. He was mechanic. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of W orld War II, serving in the 70th Service Squadron in Gander, New Finland. He was a member of the VFW and of Christ Lutheran Church. Mr Bryden is survived by his wife of 68 years, Gertrude Bryden; son Daniel Bryden, Janesville; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Lakeland Funeral Home. Services will be at 10am Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
