Fo those researching their ancestors in WW2, there was another paper they had to sign if they were enlisted instead of draftet (not sure if they had to sign it if they were drafted) - it was something with the above name, they signed saying they accepted their service obligation for whatever time is specified. I have Elvis Pressley's that he signed, so I figured since he enlisted instead of getting drafted, then possibly, all the others also had to sign one if they just enlisted.
