Hi Everyone! I recently found out that my father's uncle- Juan Hernandez Guzman, had a daughter while serving in the ARMY during WW1 -and stationed in England. The family did not keep in touch with her because his wife did not allow it. They are since dead and the rest of the family would be interested in finding out about her. My father remembers his gradnmother showing him a phot of the girl a long time ago, but that's about all the knowledge we have a bout her. We do not know her name or what town/area in England they lived in. I know it's probably impossible to find her, but I am wondering if there is some sort of list or forum that has information on the soldiers and/or an organization that lists children of soldiers from this time. Juan was Puerto Rican, but we do not know if he was drafted in PR or in NYC where he lived most of his life there after. He later changed his name to "Johnny" Hernandez. Any help would be appreciated.
