Hi List, How would I find out which troopship my uncle was sent to England on? I know Pvt Howard F. Stover was a combat medic with the 308th Medical Battalion 83rd Infantry Division. He was attached to the 331th Infantry Regiment. He was in Company "C" I'm not sue if the Company "C" refers to the Med Bn or the Inf Reg. I assume he was with the infantry unit but not sure. I have information the division arrived in England 16 April 1944 and trained in Wales. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. George
