Appeared in the 1818 census of Jackson County , Illinois He was married to Margaret DAVIS in Leverne, Rutherford County, Tennessee. Margaret DAVIS was born 16 Nov 1801 in Kentucky. Moses came to Texas in 1822. 1835 Census Municipality of Tenehaw, Moses was listed as age 50, married, Catholic and a farmer. She died in Texas and was buried in Montgomery County, Texas.
