I am researching the Harris family of GA/TN/MS Lydia Elizabeth HARRIS first married William J BOWEN 19Jan1867 in Marshall Co, MS and had 1 known child Maude BOWEN b/1868 William BOWEN must of died bef 1880 as Lydia Elizabeth married 2nd WILLIAM BRYANT WOOTEN aft 1880 William Bryant WOOTEN was the son of Martha Jane BRYANT and Henry WOOTEN he was b/07April1833 Shelby CO, TN d/07Apr1904/Sardis, Panola Co, MS was married 1st to Sarah Jane WRIGHT( was a sister-in-law of Lydia HARRIS) who died in 1879 He is buried along with both of his wives at Union Cemetery, Panola Co, MS He had several children by his first marriage. My question: Did he and Lydia have any children????? Also did he help raise Maude Bowen, Lydia/s dau by first marriage???What happened to her???? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
