Mary married MILLINGTON POWELL b. 1761-1769; died abt. 1843 probably in Harris Co., GA Known children: 1. MARTHA POWELL (1814-1893) m. NOAH BASS 2.. ELIZABETH ANN HOLMES POWELL m. THOMAS HASTY 3. ABEL ROBINSON POWELL (1828 GA - 1916 AL) m. JULIA ANN DELOACH Mary's father is unknown at this time. However, there is a POLLY ANN WOOTEN listed in the GA Land Lottery, drawing as an orphan. This researcher suspects that Mary may have been known as "Polly Ann". And has found a POLLY ANN WOOTEN m. to MILLINGTON POWELL. This researcher is also seeking WOOTENs from Putnam, Henry, Butts, or Harris counties in GA or Chambers, Lee, or Tallapoosa Counties in AL. Thanks, Martha
