Mary married MILLINGTON POWELL b. 1761-1769; died abt. 1843 probably in Harris Co., GA Known children: 1. MARTHA POWELL (1814-1893) m. NOAH BASS 2.. ELIZABETH ANN HOLMES POWELL m. THOMAS HASTY 3. ABEL ROBINSON POWELL (1828 GA - 1916 AL) m. JULIA ANN DELOACH Mary's father is unknown at this time. However, there is a POLLY ANN WOOTEN listed in the GA Land Lottery, drawing as an orphan. This researcher suspects that Mary may have been known as "Polly Ann". And has found a POLLY ANN WOOTEN m. to MILLINGTON POWELL. This researcher is also seeking WOOTENs from Putnam, Henry, Butts, or Harris counties in GA or Chambers, Lee, or Tallapoosa Counties in AL.
