Ref: The book The Georgians; Genealogies of Pioneer Settlers; Jeanette Holland and the info on Thomas Wootten. The data from the book is very far different from what I have on Thomas Wootten. Based on my data, the author appears to have mixed at least two Wootten famililes and has mixed info between Thomas Wootten and Thomas Wootten, Jr., his son. Does the book cite any sources?
