In response to the post by [email protected]: When the archives were first created at Roots Web, the Wooten list was on the list that could be actively searched. However, I was requested by the folks at Roots Web not to announce this to the list since they were still attempting to perfect the archival search system. Later, I received several messages that is service is only available on a few surnames and was once again asked not to make a public announcement on the lists. Today, I went back to the URL for the archival search and the Wooten list is not available for search at this time. When the list is available I will announce it to the list. Sorry, for the delay in an archival database for our list...but, I will be glad to send any issues of the digest that you are missing via e-mail. You will need to send me a list of the issues that you are missing.
