Joan Wooten Ethel Dishongh Wooten Graveside services for Ethel Dishongh Wooten, 93, of Hooks, a longtime resident of the Gray community in Marion county, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 1, at Memory Park Cemetery with the rev. Kenneth Mills officiating. Arrangements are by Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Wooten died Saturday, March 30, 2002. Mrs. Wooten was born March 11, 1909, in Polk county to Jacob Stadler Dishongh and Missouri Ann Choate. Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, John Bussey Wooten; and one son, John Bobby Wooten. Mrs. Wooten is survived by her beloved dog, Tucker, one sister, Mary Z. Knight of Hooks; one brother, Robert Dishongh of Cut N' Shoot; one sister-in-law, Mable Dishongh of Crockett; two nephews, Ray Wooten of Longview and Billy Knight of Crystal Beach; six nieces, Bettie Tullos, Neta Tullos and Lynda woods all of Hooks, Marty Jones of Grand Cane, La. Dorothy Knight of Houston and Mary Willis of DeKalb; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
