My father is Clifton Smith, one of Ethel and William Smith's children. The information on our grandmother is: Ethel Leoma Higgins B. March 25 1904 Lawrence County, Alabama D. April 26, 1976 Chicago, Illinois I got the information from her Social Security Application and her funeral arrangments. Her father was Robert S. Higgins and her mother was Mollie Leviston. Robert's parents were Mills Alberto Higgins Jr, and Sara Young. Mills's parents were Mills Alberto Higgins Sr. and Emily Ann Wright.
