I believe he was from Florida. He was a prisoner of war, taken on December 19, 1944, WWII. He was with the 28th division, I assume the Army?? He was in Stalag IV in Muhlberg work camp in Werdeau, about 65 miles from Leipzig. He (Norm Wooten) and his friend were later taken to Camp Lucky Strike.
