Wilford, I was able to locate the gravesites of my James Woolsey and his first wife Elizabeth Stone on my recent visit to Mississippi. They are located in the Cox Cemetery near Olive Branch, MS. The cemetery is located on the private property of Norfleete Ellis, and is a family cemetery. The property is located next to what used to be my grandfather's farm. The tombstones are weathered pretty well, and appeared to be hand made by a W M Woolsey, and his "trademark" appears to have been the backward "S". Anyway, neither sites have been listed in any books, that I have seen, but they are there. His second wife, my grandmother Laura Carr, is also in the same cemetery. The visit to the DeSoto County Genealogical Society was very interesting, especially looking at the original records. Just didn't have enough time to go thru everything. Norb
