I'm trying to uncover more about Andrew Woolsey, since I think he might be the father of George Woolsey (1851-1906) my great-great-grandfather. I believe he was one of the Greene County, TN Woolseys who migrated to Missouri. He was in Pierce Twp, Lawrence County on the 1870 census and died in St. Louis in 1897. I believe I've found him in the Missouri State Gazetteer and Business Directory (R.L. Polk and Co, Detroit and St. Louis), both the 1879-80 directory and 1885-6 directory. They list him as a physician in Granby, Newton County, Missouri. - Heather
