[s/o Gilbert Woolsey & Abigail Woolsey] md (1) 16 Dec 1833, Grainger, TN, to Linda Ann Hubbs "Liddy" b abt 1816, MO, d bef 1838, MO, [d/o William Hubbs & Phoebe Melissa Woolsey]. I do not have any children for "Liddy" Hubbs & Stephen Woolsey. [Although see below] This Stephen Woolsey md (2) Abigail Woolsey b 1822, of Ray Co., MO. d ??, [d/o Nehemiah Woolsey & Mary Ruth Curtis]. I have three children for this couple, all born in Carroll Co,MO a. Amanda Woolsey b 1844, b. Maria Woolsey b 1846 c. Giles and Stephen are brothers.] I'm not sure the following is the son of the above Stephen & "Liddy" Hubbs - CIVIL WAR "and in this skirmish Judge Toleston of Grundy Co., was killed and a young man named Noah Woolsey, son of Stephen C.
