Just a note to say that I descend from George the son of Richard Woolsey and Nancy Plumstead. I am new to the internet, but have dabbled in the family information for 30 years. I have the recent information on my family and am trying to get it into good shape before sending it out to be shared by all. I have really enjoyed the postings on the L-list and have quietly appreciated all the work I see others doing. I'll be happy to share with you all soon. Just a note to Wilford, my father's sister Marie Woolsey, married Alfred Whiteaker. I know the name is spelled differently, but wondered if there could be an additional connection through the Whitaker side as well as the Woolsey side of the family.
