He sent me a newsletter The Wolford Connection some time ago and it is chock full of info. I will try scanning it and getting it sent to the list. I can';t believe all of them stayed in Dorchester Co. Where did they go to? There are WOLFORDs in western MD. Where did htey come from? Filter south out of Somerset and Bedford Co? from some of the eastern counties of PA? or even follow the National Road west from Baltiomore area? Did any of the Dorchester Co WOOLFORDs take advantage of the Bounty lands in the west? I am not really concerned with the spelling of the name - just relationships and where they came from.
